Qualifications

• Experience in market research and understanding customer needs across different segments

• Experience in collecting data to analyze statistics for evaluating and planning marketing strategies, such as engagement, conversion, sales, reach, and more

• Creative thinker with strong insight and idea generation

• Good communication and coordination skills, able to use appropriate language effectively

• Proficient with computers, able to read English content, and create slides/presentations using your preferred methods

• Ability to learn new things independently

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct online market research, plan content, publish, and evaluate the results against targets, then provide clear and simple analysis reports

• Design online/offline graphics aligned with the company’s mood and tone, while offering ideas and suggestions to the company

• Write content, respond to posts and chats, and take care of customers across all online channels

If you have experience in sales and managing major customers such as livestock farmers, pet food shops, animal feed ingredient stores, and related businesses, this job will allow you to fully utilize your expertise. You will engage directly with these clients, providing support, care, and appropriate solutions with attentiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with major customers, including land and aquatic livestock farmers, animal feed stores, and feed ingredient suppliers

• Strong communication and customer care skills to build and maintain good relationships

• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide, valid driver’s license required; having a personal vehicle is a plus

• Good understanding of product specifications and ability to provide expert advice to customers

• Familiarity with technical terms related to animal feed, ingredients, and various livestock farming methods

• Proficient computer skills and ability to create slides or presentations using preferred tools

• Self-motivated learner with ability to quickly acquire new knowledge

Main Responsibilities

• Introduce products and acquire new customers within the company’s target markets

• Manage existing customers, coordinate order processing through to delivery, and provide after-sales service

• Plan sales strategies, present sales targets, and regularly report progress to the team
